When exchange and return are possible

 - Within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. However if the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is not possible.

- If the contents of the goods and services supplied are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or are implemented differently, within 3 days rom the date of supply.

Exchanges and returns are not possible due to customer change of mind.

When requesting a refund, we will refund the amount paid within 3 business days after confirming the return.

If you paid with a credit card, we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent you from being charged.

(However, if the payment can be billed according to the credit card payment date, in this case, a refund will be processed by the card company when the credit card payment is charged in the following month.)
